Superskrip beta terms
Terms
These terms summarize the intended operating rules for the Superskrip Web MVP. They should be reviewed before a production paid beta opens.
Indonesia and IDR paid beta
Superskrip is moving toward a paid beta for Indonesia with pricing and checkout shown in Indonesian rupiah. Availability, provider details, and support operations can change before production launch.
Internal mock payment builds
Internal MVP and development builds may use a mock payment provider to test checkout status changes. Mock payment screens are for internal testing only and should not be presented as real public payments.
Upload rights and consent
You are responsible for having the rights and consent needed to upload audio, submit it for transcription, and use the resulting transcript. Do not upload audio that you are not allowed to process.
Accuracy limitations
Transcripts can contain mistakes, missing words, imperfect timestamps, and incorrect speaker labels. Review the output before using it for legal, medical, financial, employment, or other sensitive decisions.
Refunds and support
After production payments exist, refund and payment-support requests should go through the published Superskrip support path. The MVP should make payment status and order ownership clear enough for support review.
Account deactivation and prohibited use
Superskrip may restrict or deactivate accounts that abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload illegal material, violate consent rules, or interfere with platform operation.
